"Julian was absolutely brilliant! We used him to access our chimneys for dropping flues down. Access was really awkward and we sent Julian videos of the area to explain the situation. He was great about being willing to give it a try (he was coming out for the other chimney anyway). He had a really positive, can-do attitude and worked really well with our stove guys. He was punctual, friendly and, above all, managed to complete a tricky job which saved us getting scaffolding etc. Would highly recommend. Thanks, Julian!"

He was thorough, helpful, knowledgeable, polite and he never stopped working and because he finished the work ahead of schedule, I was charged £100 less than the quoted price for the job!

We hired the Cherry Picker for the full day to make sure we had enough time to find the issue. Julian asked for photos and was able to do the job the next day. He also did some other pointing work that was overdue. His work is excellent and he provides photos to back it up.
